ποΈ THE MOST IMPORTANT INTERVIEW OF MY LIFE IS NOW LIVE.

Not because it is my first interview.
Not because it lasts more than one hour.
It is the most important because, for the first time, one conversation captured the concentrated essence of nearly 40 years of Khashβhis life, career, sacrifices, failures, lessons, achievements and dreams.
This interview is not only about lubricants.
It is about becoming.
Iranian roots. Oman as my home since 2012. The GCC as my industrial classroom.
More than 18 years of learning from machines, factories, power plants, oil and gas facilitiesβand, most importantly, from people.
During this journey:
βͺοΈ My years with SKF built my foundation in rolling bearings, lubrication and machinery reliability.
βͺοΈ Turbine-oil challenges pushed me deeply into oil analysis, contamination control, varnish management and filtration.
βͺοΈ Thousands of hours of study led to MLE, CLS, MLA III, MLT II, VIM and VPRβbut every certificate also reminded me how much more there is to learn.
βͺοΈ Becoming an approved Noria instructor gave me the opportunity to transform knowledge into practical plant improvement across countries and industries.
βͺοΈ My present work with Noria, TTI, MOSIL and rolling-bearing reliability allows me to connect training, lubricant selection, filtration and mechanical reliability.
βͺοΈ Establishing my own company in Oman marked the beginning of a new chapter: building something based on independence, technical integrity and service.
βͺοΈ Creating the Global Lubrication Certification Atlas 2026βcovering 9,819 records, 97 country labels and 12 certification codesβwas another expression of my belief that knowledge should be organized, analyzed and shared.
But the greatest accomplishment is not a job title, certificate, company name or follower count.
It is every engineer who made a better maintenance decision because Khash shared something practical.
It is every young professional who believed that technical knowledge has no nationality, border or language.
It is every failure that forced me to study harderβand every time life asked me to begin again.
Behind every achievement were long nights, difficult decisions and the patience of my family. Mona and Arman are part of every chapter, even when their names do not appear on the certificates.
This interview is the story behind the credentials.
The human being behind the technical posts.
The purpose behind Khash.
Please listen when you have one quiet hourβnot only to hear what Khash has achieved, but to understand what he is still trying to build.

The first 40 years built the foundation.
The next chapter is about transferring knowledge, developing people and leaving the lubrication world stronger than I found it.
